Aromatherapy massage

Aromatherapy is a treatment which uses essential oils - specific plant extracts - to improve physical and emotional well-being. Each essential oil has distinct therapeutic properties, for example one oil may have antimicrobial action while another may be analgesic. In this country aromatherapy is generally used in combination with massage… massage tones and eases tight muscles, and improves the circulation of blood and lymph, so aiding toxin elimination. And of course it feels wonderful!

Lymphatic Drainage Massage

Lymphatic Drainage Massage is a very gentle but effective massage technique to encourage drainage of lymph which sweeps up things like toxins, bacteria and viruses in the body. Table Thai Yoga Massage

Table Thai yoga massage, a holistic practice deeply rooted in history. A bridge between acupressure, Indian Ayurvedic principles, and yoga, Thai table massage or Thai Yoga massage, as it's alternatively known.

Table Thai table yoga massage may initially come across as an intriguing fusion of therapies… applying pressure and moving the body through various yoga-like postures. The therapist utilises their hands, knees, legs, and feet to guide your body through the experience.

The massage usually takes place on a padded mat on the floor however, as the art of massage therapies has evolved over time, the practice has been ingeniously adapted to a table setup. This alteration hasn’t compromised the integrity of the massage but made it more accessible, comfortable and also allows to be combined with massage therapy.

What are the benefits… it helps:

  • Maintain a healthy immune system.

  • Prevents illness and disease.

  • Reduces stress and anxiety.

  • Ease muscular aches and pains.

  • Improve the lymphatic system.

  • And more.

An all-embracing therapy, its benefits not restricted to any group. If your routine involves long hours of sitting or rigorous physical exertion or you are an athlete striving for flexibility and injury prevention, this therapy could offer you the much-needed respite from muscle stiffness and strain. Beyond physical needs, if you're looking to alleviate stress or overall wellness improvement, this unique practice can be an ideal companion. The only restrictions that applied if there are any health conditions, however a full consultation is carried out beforehand.
